Refund policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make sure the return is as painless as possible.

Customized Product

Customized products do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please let us know as soon as possible.

Rest of the items

If you wish to return a product,  please contact us within 15 days from the date that the item was received.

1. Send an email tochatwithme@supercutecollection.com with your order number, the product you want to send back and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. All shipping costs, duties and taxes have to be paid by the sender. If a returned product is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges.

3. All returned items must arrive unused and in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

4. Upon receipt of the items, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the initial purchase. Unfortunately, we’re not able to refund the shipping costs from the original order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
